Our Site offers sports apparel and related products for sale. While we strive to display product colors and details accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device will accurately display these attributes.

Prices are listed in Canadian currency (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing.

Your order represents an offer to purchase a product. All orders are subject to our acceptance, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

b. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card, Email Money Transfer and Paypal. Payments must be completed before your order is shipped.

4. Shipping and Delivery

a. Shipping

Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping options. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

b. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

a. Return Policy

We accept returns within 14-days of purchase for unworn, unused items with tags attached for non-customized items. Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

b. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-days of receiving the returned item.

6. User Accounts

a. Account Registration

To make a purchase, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

b. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or fraudulent activity.
