About The Shooting Stars
The East Ottawa Girls Hockey Association (EOGHA) Shooting Stars House League offers recreational hockey for girls aged 7 to 21 in Ottawa’s east end. With divisions from U7 to U18 and Intermediate levels, the program emphasizes fun, skill development, and teamwork. Players participate in weekend practices and games, including 3–4 tournaments, culminating in a Championship weekend each March. Home ice is primarily at the Ray Friel Recreation Centre in Orléans, with some sessions at the University of Ottawa.
